Our approach
Lasting change needs strong local institutions. Alongside direct aid, we strengthen civil society organisations (CSOs), community-based organisations (CBOs) and women's organizations — and the people within them — so communities identify, lead and sustain their own development.
We work with communities to assess needs and root causes, so priorities are set locally — not imposed from outside.

Governance, systems, financial management and policies that make local organisations credible, capable and sustainable.
